If There's a Problem with my Order When Do I Need to Contact You?
Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order. Problems brought up more than 2 weeks after your order's delivery date cannot be accommodated. If there is a problem with your order I am very flexible but I ask that you communicated it to me within a reasonable amount of time (2 weeks).
USPS Lost My Item! What do I do?
I always make it clear to my customers that USPS issues are USPS handled. Once your package is handed off to USPS I have no more control over it and I can’t make any changes. If your package arrives late this is a USPS problem that I cannot be held responsible for. However I try to be extremely accommodating when these issues arrive. Which includes sending replacements or working out another solution. If your package is lost you will need to contact USPS and file a claim. They will work to locate the package for you. If you ever have a problem like this please directly contact me first and I will work with you to solve this problem.
